<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?><Articles><Article><id>22</id><JournalTitle>NEW VALIDATED SPECTROPHOTOMETRIC METHOD FOR THE ESTIMATION OF FENOFIBRATE IN BULK AND DOSAGE FORMS</JournalTitle><Abstract>A new, simple and cost effective UV-Spectrophotmetric method for the estimation of Fenofibrate in bulk and
pharmaceutical formulations. Fenofibrate was estimated at 290 in 2% SLS. Beerâ€™s law was obeyed in the concentration range
of 5-35Âµg/ml. The apparent molar sensitivity found to be 1.75 x 10-4 l/mol/cm. The method was tested and validated for
various parameters according to ICH guidelines .The detection and quantification limits were found to be 0.5773Âµg ml-1and
1.9053Âµg/ml respectively. The proposed method was successfully applied for determination of fenofibrate in pharmaceutical
formulations. The result demonstrated that the procedure is accurate, precise and reproducible, while being simple cheap and
less time consuming and hence can be suitably applied for the determination of Fenofibrate in different dosage forms and
