265AN OVERVIEW ON HPLC AND UPLC TROUBLE SHOOTINGIn current trends, liquid chromatography plays a key role in the analysis of multiple API’s and excipients especially HPLC and UPLC. While usage of these instruments, many problems will arise this may be due to chemistry i.e. column/ guard column, solvent and sample or either by software or hardware i.e. pump, injector, detector and integrator. This should be minimized or avoided.
