Coronary Artery Disease (CAD) is
remaining the major cause of morbidity and mortality in HDL cholesterol and diabetic patients among aged women compared
with men. The goal of the present study is to determine whether the disease is associated with directly or indirectly in CAD
patients based on gender. We study and analyze the risk factors of CAD using GEE method of conditional fixed effect logistic
regression model, estimates also obtained for various parameters of CHD and conclusions are derived
<Email> auvs81@yahoo.in</Email><articletype>Research</articletype><volume>5</volume><issue>10</issue><year>2014</year><keyword>BMI,Coronary Heart Disease (CHD), Diabetes Mellitus (DM),HDL cholesterol,GEE method in logistic regression</keyword><AUTHORS>V.Rajagopalan,M.Vijayasankar,S.Lakshmi</AUTHORS><afflication>Department of Statistics, Annamalai University, Annamalai nagar-608 002, India,Department of Statistics, Annamalai University, Annamalai nagar-608 002, India,Chief Civil Surgeon, Govt .E.S.I Hospital, Trichy -620 001, India</afflication></Article></Articles>
