<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?><Articles><Article><id>561</id><JournalTitle>METHOD DEVELOPMENT AND VALIDATION FOR THE ESTIMATION OF TRAZODONE HCL BY UV SPECTROSCOPY IN PHARMACEUTICAL DOSAGE FORM</JournalTitle><Abstract>A simple and sensitive UV spectrophotometric method has been developed for the estimation of trazodone
hydrochloride in bulk and tablet dosage form. The stock solutions were prepared in acetonitrile followed by further required
dilutions with distilled water. This method involves the formation and solving of equations at 247 nm as absorbance maxima of
trazodone hydrochloride. Beerâ€™s law obeyed that the concentration range of 2â€“10Âµg/ml. The results of analysis were validated
statistically and by recovery studies. The % RSD for the recovery study was less than 2. The proposed method can be
